Section 7-1-1120 - Treatment of assets

Each foreign bank licensed to establish and maintain a Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency in this state shall keep the assets of its business in this state separate and apart from the assets of its business outside this state.Added by 2023 Ga. Laws 348,§ 48, eff. 7/1/2023.
