Each foreign bank licensed to establish and maintain a Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency shall give clear and conspicuous notice consistent with 12 C.F.R. 347.207 that deposits and credit balances in the Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.Added by 2023 Ga.
