Section 7-1-1128 - Effective date of revocation

Unless stayed by the superior court that has jurisdiction over an appeal under Code Section 50-13-19, a final order of the commissioner revoking a license is effective immediately, and the foreign bank shall immediately cease all activity in this state requiring a license.Added by 2023 Ga.
