Section 8-2-108 - Appeals from orders or acts of inspectors

(a) Any person aggrieved by an order or an act of an inspector under this chapter may, within 15 days of notice thereof, appeal from such order or act to the Commissioner who shall, within 30 days thereafter, issue an appropriate order either approving or disapproving said order or act. A copy of such order by the Commissioner shall be given to all interested parties.(b) This part, as it applies to the Commissioner and the office, shall be governed by Chapter 13 of Title 50, the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.'Amended by 2012 Ga.
