No pigs, goats, sheep, horses, cattle, carab ao or other domestic animals shall be allowed to run loose or be at large. All such animals must be confined by fencing or be kept properly secured by tying or staking. SOURCE: GC§ 9650. § 35102. Exclusion of Animals. No owner or occupant shall keep or allow to be kept upon any premises owned by him, or in his possession or control, any pigs, horses, cattle, sheep, goats or carabao in any residential area except those zoned as agricultural areas. Poultry or fowl may be kept upon any premises provided thenumber does not exceed twenty (20), they are kept fifty (50) feet away from any building, and, they are kept clean and free, from any accumulation of excreta, decayed food and filth of every kind. (a) Animal carcass es and organs affected with disease transmissible or possibly transmissible to man or animals shall be destroyed and not used for animal or human consumption. (b) No person shall deposit or leave any dead animal on any land surface or in any stream or body of water wi thin Guam. (c) Animal carcasses or organs or any parts thereof destroyed by burying shall be buried to such a depth that no part of any such carcasses or organs shall be nearer than three (3) feet to the natural surface of the ground if such car casses o r organs or parts thereof shall together

No carcasses or org ans or any parts thereof shall be buried within three hundred (300) feet of a well or any stream, river, lake or other natural body of water. (d) Carcasses of animals dying from disease or accident and all parts thereof shall be dis posed of in the manne r provided above within twenty - four (24) hours of death of such animals. (e) The disposal of animal carcasses shall be the responsibility of the person or whose prop ertythe animal died. The collection and dispo sition of animal carcasses found on publi c property shall be the responsibility of the Department of Public Health and Social Services.
