Section 18124 .1, 'Driving While License is Suspended' was transferred to 16 G CA, Chapter 3, Article 3 by P.L. 34-107:4 and codified by the Comp iler as § 3349. Article 2, 'Implied Consent and Suspension or Revoc ation of Driving Privileges and License' was transferred to 9 GCA, C hapter 92 by P.L. 34-107:6 (June 5, 2018) and renumbered pursuant to the authority of 1 GCA § 1606. Article 3, 'Probation and General Con siderations of Probation' was repealed by P.L. 34-107:7 (June 5, 2 018).
