(a) Every person has the right to inspect and take a copy of any public document on Guam, except as otherwise ex pressly prohibited in law, and except as provided in § 1010 8 of this Chapter.

The same deadlines apply to electronic mai l requests as other requests, and to ensure that electronic reque sts are complied with quickly, the agency shall check its e lectronic mail every work day. (b) In making any record available to a person und er this Chapter, an agency shall provide the record in any form or format requested by the person if the record is rea dily reproducible by the agency in that form or format.
