§6K-4.5 Procurement; exemptions. Contracts made by the commission for the procurement of food or fuel products necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter shall be exempt from chapter 103D; provided that the commission shall continue to comply with any reporting requirements under chapter 103D or rules adopted thereunder for contracts entered into pursuant to this section.
