§8-24 `ÅŒlelo Hawai`i Month. (a) Mahina `ÅŒlelo Hawai`i. (b) `ÅŒlelo Hawai`i Month. The month of February shall be known and designated as '`ÅŒlelo Hawai`i Month' to celebrate and encourage the use of Hawaiian language.
