§171-85 Definitions. As used in this part III C: 'Disaster area' means an area proclaimed by the governor to be a disaster area. 'Natural disaster' means any disaster caused by seismic or tidal wave, tsunami, hurricane, volcanic eruption, typhoon, earthquake, or flood.
