§185-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 'Administrator' means the administrator of forestry and wildlife. 'Board' means the board of land and natural resources. 'Branch' means an area comprising a county of the State. 'Department' means the department of land and natural resources.
