§189-22 Hawaii large fishing vessel purchase, construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair loan program. There is hereby created the Hawaii large fishing vessel purchase, construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair loan program which shall be administered by the director in accordance with the spirit and intent of this part.
