§244D-16 Penalties. (a) The penalties provided by this section shall apply to any person whether acting as principal, agent, officer, or director, for oneself, itself, or for another person, and shall apply to each single violation, but shall not apply to any act the punishment for which is elsewhere prescribed by this chapter. (b) Any dealer who sells liquor without a permit as required by this chapter shall be fined not more than $1,000.
