§261-24 John Rodgers Terminal. When a new transpacific terminal building is constructed, it shall be designated 'John Rodgers Terminal' in memory of the late Commander John Rodgers, United States Navy, who made the first flight in a Navy flying boat to these islands in September, 1925.
