§281-33 Special powers, privileges, and rights. The following special powers, privileges, and rights are hereby granted, anything in this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding: (1) Any person arriving in the State may bring with the person for private use and consumption and not for resale, any liquor not exceeding one gallon, and two cases of beer not exceeding six gallons without securing a license; (2) Any religious organization may import or receive into the State sacramental wine for use in the religious rites of the religious organization without securing a license; (3) Any consul general, consul, or vice-consul of any foreign country may import or receive into the State, for private use and consumption, any liquor without securing a license.
