§286-67 Fees. Any applicant applying for the special license plates shall pay to the administrator of the county emergency management agency an amount equal to the cost of the plates plus administrative costs of furnishing the special license plates. The fees for the special license plates shall be determined by the director of [Hawaii] emergency management.
