§302A-414 Courses for instructors in driver education. (a) The department shall be responsible for conducting approved courses for instructors in driver education and training. (b) The department shall certify any person who satisfactorily completes a course for instructors in driver education and training as provided in subsection (a). [L 1996, c 89, pt of §2]
