§304A-115 Depository of war records. The university is designated as the official depository of material, documents, photographs, and other data relating to Hawaii's part in the war between the United States and Germany, Japan, and Italy. The university shall secure, collect, and preserve the necessary information, documents, pictures, and other data relating to Hawaii's part in the war. [L 2006, c 75, pt of §2]
