§333F-19 Limitation of liability. The responsibilities of the department to carry out this chapter shall be limited to the resources available to carry out this chapter in a prudent manner. When these resources are exhausted, no action may be brought by, or on behalf of, any person or organization in any court to compel the provision of further services.
