§340F-7 Rules. The board shall adopt rules as may be necessary for the administration of this chapter, which shall include at least the following provisions: (1) The basis for classification of water treatment plants and distribution systems as required by section 340F-2; (2) Criteria for the qualification of applicants for operator certification corresponding to each of the classifications referred to in paragraph (1); (3) Procedures for examination of candidates and renewal of certificates; and (4) Procedures for the revocation of certificates.
