§356D-51 Definitions. As used in this subpart, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context: 'State low-income housing project' means any state low-income housing project or projects owned, managed, administered, or operated by the authority. 'Tenant' includes any person occupying a room, dwelling unit, living quarters, or space in any state low-income housing project, under or by virtue of any tenancy lease, license, or permit under or from the authority.
