§412:10-110 Membership meetings. (a) A credit union shall hold annual and special meetings of members when and as required by its bylaws. The bylaws shall provide that members be given reasonable notice of a meeting. A quorum for conducting any business at any meeting shall be fifteen members, and when not inconsistent with the other provisions of this article, a majority of all votes cast at any duly constituted meeting shall determine any question. (b) At any meeting the members may: (1) Decide any question properly raised at the meeting; (2) Amend the bylaws if the notice of meeting has specified the questions to be considered; or (3) Act on any matters as provided by the bylaws.
