§412:8-102 Necessity for trust company charter. No person shall engage in the business of a trust company in this State or control any other person engaging in the business of a trust company in this State, except through a trust company incorporated in this State and chartered under this part or through a trust division, department, or subsidiary of a bank, pursuant to article 5.
