§419-6 Distribution of assets; inspection of books. Except upon liquidation of the property of the corporation in case of dissolution, no part of the assets, income, or earnings of the corporation shall be withdrawn from or sent out of the State, unless the remaining assets of the corporation shall then equal in value twice the amount of the indebtedness of the corporation. The director of commerce and consumer affairs shall at all times have access to the books of the corporation.
