§425-198 Short title. This chapter may be cited as the Uniform Partnership Act (1977). [L 2000, c 218, pt of §2] Revision Note Sections 425-197 and 425-198 were enacted as a new part designated as 'Miscellaneous Provisions'. Instead, the sections have been added to this part with the same heading.
