§431:10C-209 Rate administration. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this article, the commissioner shall implement and evaluate motor vehicle insurance rates in compliance with article 14. (b) The commissioner shall order insurers to rebate to policyholders any excessive profit realized by insurers from their operations. [L 1987, c 347, pt of §2]
