§431:10H-228.5 Disapproval of filings. If the commissioner finds that a filing does not meet the requirements of this chapter in whole or in part and disapproves the filing, a written request for a hearing may be filed pursuant to section 431:14G-112. The insurer shall bear the burden of proving that the filing meets the requirements of this article. [L 2017, c 151, §2]
