§431:4-235 Schedules and exhibits. Reporting of the information required in schedule A under section 431:4-232 and in schedule B under section 431:4-233, and the exhibit entitled 'stockholders information supplement-financial reporting to stockholder' shall be made on forms or in a format approved by the commissioner.
