§435E-22 Disability of member. During any period in which a participating member, who is then in full compliance with the trust agreement, has, in the judgment of the board of trustees, become unable to perform any and every duty of his or her regular professional occupation, the indemnity coverage shall continue for the benefit of such member and such member shall not be responsible for assessments levied during such period.
