§436B-13 Renewal of license. (a) Each licensee shall be responsible for timely renewing the licensee's license and satisfying the renewal requirements provided by law. (b) At the time of license renewal, each licensee shall submit a completed renewal application and all applicable fees, and shall comply with any other requirement provided by law. A completed renewal application sent by United States mail shall be considered timely filed if the envelope bears a postmark of the required renewal date. (c) The failure to timely renew a license, the failure to pay all applicable fees, the dishonoring of any check upon first deposit, or the failure to comply with any other requirement provided by law, shall cause the license to be automatically forfeited.
