§486-33 Injunction. In addition to any other remedy by law provided, the chairperson may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for, and the court upon hearing and for cause shown may grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of the respective parts of this chapter or the rules promulgated thereunder.
