§514B-90 Refunds upon cancellation or termination. Upon any cancellation under section 514B-86 or 514B-89, the purchaser shall be entitled to a prompt and full refund of all moneys paid, less any escrow cancellation fee and other costs associated with the purchase, up to a maximum of $250.
