§580-44 Persons affected with Hansen's disease represented by attorney general. Upon application of the director of health, the attorney general or the attorney general's deputies shall represent any person affected with Hansen's disease detained at any hospital, settlement, or place for the care and treatment of persons affected with Hansen's disease in proceedings for divorce.
