§706-600.6 Time of release. A person imprisoned whose term of imprisonment ends between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, may be released at 9:00 p.m. A person imprisoned whose term of imprisonment ends between the hours of 12:00 midnight to 7:00 a.m. may be released at 9:00 p.m. the day before the person's scheduled release.
