§707-783 Additional sentencing considerations; victims held in servitude. In addition to the factors set forth in sections 706-606 and 706-621, when determining the particular sentence to be imposed on a defendant convicted under section 707-781 or 707-782, the court shall consider: (a) The time for which the victim was held in servitude; and (b) The number of victims involved in the offense for which the defendant is convicted.
