§88-223 Delinquent payments. Delinquent payments due under section 88-221 may, with interest at the rate of six per cent a year, be recovered by action in the circuit court against the political subdivision liable therefor or may, at the request of the state agency, be deducted from any other moneys payable to such subdivision by any state department or agency.
