§88-261 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases as used in this part shall have the same meanings as defined in section 88-21, unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context: 'accumulated contributions'; 'actuarial equivalent'; 'average final compensation'; 'beneficiary'; 'board'; 'county'; 'employee'; 'medical board'; 'retirant'; 'retirement allowance'; 'service'; and 'system'. (b) The following words and phrases as used in this part shall have the following meanings, unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context: 'Member': a class C member as described in section 88-47.
