As used in this chapter, 'prohibited person' means either of the following:(1) An individual who is a citizen of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a country designated as a threat to critical infrastructure by the governor under section 8(b) of this chapter.(2) A company described in section 9(a)(2) of this chapter.As added by P.L.118-2023, SEC.3.
