§ 1-1-3-1-5

If an act described in either section 3 or section 4 of this chapter contains a SECTION that specifies an effective date or dates for one (1) or more other provisions of the act, then the effective date SECTION takes effect at the same time as the earliest date that any other provision of the act takes effect.As added by P.L.1-1987, SEC.2.
