In all cases where it is required by law that a certified check be submitted in conjunction with the submission of bids on public contracts, it is lawful to submit a draft, cashiers check, or money order issued by a financial institution insured by an agency of the United States.As added by Acts 1981, P.L.2, SEC.1.
