As used in this chapter, 'national name based criminal history record check' means a query of the Interstate Identification Index data base maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation that:(1) is conducted using the subject's name; and(2) does not use fingerprint identification or another method of positive identification.As added by P.L.234-2005, SEC.8.
