As used in this chapter, 'no contact order' means an order that prohibits a person from having direct or indirect contact with another person and that is issued under any of the following:(1) IC 31-32-13.(2) IC 31-34-20.(3) IC 31-37-19-1.(4) IC 31-37-19-6.(5) IC 33-39-1-8.(6) IC 35-33-8-3.2.(7) IC 35-38-2-2.3.[Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 5-2-5-1(14).]As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.4.
