On request of an individual who has applied for employment or to volunteer with a noncriminal justice organization or individual, the Indiana central repository for criminal history information shall process a request for a national fingerprint based criminal history check of the individual making the request from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's National Crime Information Center upon:(1) the submission of fingerprints of the individual making the request; and(2) the payment of a fifteen dollar ($15) fee.[Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 5-2-5-5.1.]As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.4.
