(a) The department may enter into an agreement with one (1) or more:(1) broadcasters; or(2) electronic billboard operators;to issue blue alerts under a blue alert program established under this chapter.(b) The superintendent shall designate staff responsible for the operation of the blue alert program.As added by P.L.38-2013, SEC.1.
