As used in this chapter, 'local travel advisory' means the level of emergency declared under section 29 of this chapter by the principal executive officer of a political subdivision to alert the traveling public of emergency conditions that may require the imposition of travel restrictions.As added by P.L.40-2011, SEC.1.
