(b) The amount of loss that may be compensated for damages to an individual's property:(1) must be at least five hundred dollars ($500); and(2) may not be more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).(c) Only one (1) individual per residence is eligible for compensation under this section.As added by P.L.70-2019, SEC.1.
