As used in this chapter, 'low level radioactive waste' means radioactive material from a facility licensed by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission under 10 CFR 50 other than the following:(1) High level radioactive waste.(2) Spent nuclear fuel.(3) Transuranic waste.(4) Byproduct material (as defined in 42 U.S.C. 2014(e)).As added by P.L.26-2010, SEC.5.
