§ 10-16-7-2-5

(a) As used in this chapter, 'qualified member' refers to a member of the Indiana National Guard or a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States who is:(1) a state employee; and(2) called to active duty (as defined by section 23(a) of this chapter).(b) The term includes a full-time or part-time state employee.
