(a) The reviewing authority shall designate:(1) the jail of any county; and(2) when ordered out of the state for duty, an appropriate place of confinement;as the place where any sentence of confinement by a military court shall be executed.(b) Unless the commanding officer who ordered the sentence directs otherwise, a sentence of confinement shall be served on a consecutive day basis.[Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-2-5-11.]As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.7.
