If the thirty (30) day deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday under a state statute, the deadline for receiving the documentation shall be the next business day. The department shall return an incomplete application with a notation as to omissions. The return of an incomplete application shall be without prejudice.As added by P.L.132-2019, SEC.4.
